Why Casablanca Cable
Most cable and interconnect problems are not technical. They are lead time, dependency, responsiveness and the difficulty of placing high-mix parts. Our model is shaped around those.
Industrial production positioned close to European markets, with short logistics routes and a compatible working day for engineering and change communication.
Support for customer drawings, BOMs and approved components. We build the part that is specified, at the revision that is released.
Programmes matched to manufacturing partners based on the processes, certifications and technical requirements each part actually needs.
One commercial and technical point of contact from RFQ through serial supply. No handoff between quotation, qualification and delivery.
Designed to support engineering changes, new product introduction and recurring production without renegotiating the relationship each time.
Additional qualified production capacity can improve supply-chain resilience where a single source represents concentrated risk.
Sourcing problems we address
Our model
Casablanca Cable Company works with selected manufacturing partners and remains the customer’s commercial and programme interface. You deal with one organisation for quotation, qualification, quality and delivery.
This is deliberate. Matching a programme to production capability that genuinely fits it — rather than forcing every part through one fixed process set — produces better technical outcomes and a shorter route to qualification.
One technical review, one commercial proposal, one qualification plan.
Allocation, qualification, quality oversight and change control sit with us.
One supplier, one set of documentation, one point of accountability.
How we work
Drawing, BOM, specifications, quantities and required standards. Partial packages are workable — we will tell you what is missing.
We assess manufacturability, component requirements, tooling, testing and qualification needs, and flag anything that should be clarified before quotation.
You receive a structured commercial proposal including pricing basis, lead time, tooling and the qualification approach for the programme.
We coordinate prototypes, first-article inspection, technical validation and the quality documentation your programme requires.
Approved parts move into repeat production with quality, delivery and change-control oversight held by one programme owner.
Request for quotation
Share a drawing, BOM or requirement list. We will come back with a technical review, a lead-time position and a qualification plan.
Technical documentation is treated as confidential. NDA arrangements are available before detailed review.
